A few teachers have been asking about how to manage the conversation (with students) in Google Classroom and control the Notifications.
"I don't/do want my students to commment!"
"I don't want to get email (mobile) notifications"
"I don't/do want my students post!"
So, here's the gist..
It's always good to take a moment and check your settings, especially at the beginning of the school year.
You have control over which notifications, if any, you receive. Notifications can come through to your email as well as your mobile device. This is a reminder on how to control those settings in the following 3 categories:
1. Notifications within Google Classroom - go to Settings in GC
2. Students Comments / Posts within the Stream - go to Settings in each class
3. Student Comments on a Question - When you post a question, you have options
