If you haven't done so yet, take a moment to personalize your Promethean board with your name and add a PIN for extra security.
How?
Open the Unified Menu and select “user.” (Note: by default it says owner, but you can personalize the name for your account).
You can add an extra layer of security by adding a PIN.
On the same screen, select the “lock” icon. Then select Screen lock and then tap PIN.
Then, you will need to enter your PIN to access your profile (this is especially important if you are synced with your google account).
Guest teachers can use the "Guest" user profile (and not access your Google Drive).
